配送 & 返品

If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the launch. When the item shipped you will receive the email which notify the tracking number.

However, PRE-ORDER items (or items ordered with pre-order items) will be shipped together in one package.

この住所または間違った住所を収集するように指示された時間枠を逃した場合、小包は当社に返送されます。

国際的な返品が倉庫に到着するまで、最大4週間かかる場合があります。 受け取り次第、6営業日以内に返品チームによって処理され、払い戻しが行われます。払い戻しはメールで確認されます。

小包の回収期限を過ぎて返送された場合、ご注文の元の送料は返金されませんのでご了承ください。

Return Policy

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, simply send it back to us within 15 Days. A return for exchange or refund for all non-damaged, non-clearance items and buy at full prices with notification within 5 days by our email [email protected] when the items received. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags and packaging. Shipping fees will not be credited.

**If the parcel return back to us not complete 100% /defected/damaged or the parcel return back to us without notification before we will not take any responsible about this case**

Exchange

After we receive the return items, we will send the coupon code which value as item does not include the original shipping. Once you get your code, just place a new order at www.morph8ne.com, the coupon will never expire.

Refund

All refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee. After we receive the return items, It may take up to 5 business days for PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged or Incorrect item

破損した商品、または間違った商品を受け取った場合は、すぐに [email protected] までご連絡ください。

返品の規定

何らかの理由で商品が気に入らない場合は、15 日以内に返品してください。 損傷のない、クリアランス対象外のすべての商品については交換または返金の返品が可能で、商品到着後 5 日以内にメール [email protected] で通知することで正規価格で購入できます。 アイテムは着用、改造、洗濯をしてはならず、オリジナルのタグとパッケージが付属している必要があります。 送料は返金されません。

交換

お客様から交換した商品をもらった後、交換した商品と同じ価格のクーポン券を送ります。お客様がクーポン券をもらって、www.morph8ne.comで買い物ができます。又、そのクーポン券は期限日がありません。

返金

返金の時は手数料が商品の価格に10%かかって、お客様のご負担とさせて頂いております。 弊社に返品した商品の到着から5日以内に返金致します。 お客様に初回の送料を還付できません。

商品が破損・荒廃・不正確の場合

お客様が破損・荒廃・不正確の商品をもらった場合はすぐに[email protected]にご連絡ください。

※確認するために写真添付してください。※

弊社が証拠を受け取ってすでに確認した後、商品を荒廃した場合は無料で商品を交換することができます。無料で商品を返品させていただくことができます（送料を含まずに）。お客様が破損・荒廃・不正確の商品をもらった場合は7日以内に連絡しなければなりません。返品された商品は元の状態の100％である必要があります。元のパッケージと一緒に商品を返却してください。
